4. API and Rate Limits

  • Each API key is limited to reasonable use
  • We reserve the right to limit or suspend API access in case of abuse
  • API keys are confidential and must not be shared with unauthorized parties

The newscms name, logo, and design are our trademarks. You may not use these trademarks without written permission. The newscms source code is protected by applicable copyright law.

6. Limitation of Liability

This service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to this service at any time, without notice, if you violate these terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
